The Air Still Pro is a dual mode Reflux and Pot Still with a built-in reflux condenser and purpose built botanical basket. The Air Still Pro enables you to produce clean, neutral spirits at up to 90% ABV in reflux mode and make flavoursome or botanical-infused spirits at up to 80% ABV in pot still mode. Also suitable for distilled water and hydrosols.
An automatic foreshots collection vial captures the first 30 ml (1 US fl oz.) of distillate, allowing you to discard foreshots easily. This advanced feature improves safety and saves you extra steps in the process. In addition, other reflux stills may require an input cooling source, such as water, but the Air Still Pro column cools itself.
The Air Still Pro is easy to use and suitable for keen beginners or more advanced distillers looking for a multi-purpose air cooled still. Also available as the Air Still Pro Head Unit to upgrade your Still Spirits Air Still.

Small Copper Parrot Head
The Small Copper Parrot Head is a distiller’s parrot that provides the convenience of continuous, real-time, in-line ABV measurement of the spirit as it comes out of the still. Designed for use with the Air Still Pro and Air Still, this proofing parrot will let you track the ABV of your distillate without having to take samples along the way. This allows you to closely monitor the quality of the distillate and determine where to take cuts or stop your distillation.
